The Principle Behind Cargo Cart
Developed for Maximum Truck Utilization.
Cargo Cart is a modular logistics and transport system designed to make truck loading, storage and equipment transport finally more efficient.
While classic custom flight cases come in all sorts of sizes and waste valuable truck space, Cargo Cart is based on a standardized system. All Classic Cargo Carts have identical external dimensions and are precisely tailored to the loading area of a standard truck.
The result: maximum truck utilization, less empty space, more material moved with less with less labor, and significantly more structured loading processes.
Custom Flight Cases vs. Cargo Cart
Custom Flight Cases
Classic custom flight cases are usually built precisely for a single piece of equipment. The foam is adapted to the millimeter, mounts are permanently installed, and any change to the equipment quickly becomes a problem.
As soon as technology, productions, or workflows change, the interior often no longer fits. New equipment means new cutouts, new foam inserts, or another special case right away.
The result: inflexible interior divisions, unnecessary custom builds, and cases that no longer fit the current setup after a short time.
Configurable Cargo Carts
Cargo Carts were developed precisely for this: maximum flexibility in interior design without rigid foam solutions. Instead of a permanently installed interior, Cargo Cart relies on modular inserts, flexible trays, adaptable mounts, and freely configurable interiors.
This allows each Cargo Cart to be individually set up for lighting, sound, video, rigging, or special technology and can be changed at any time.
New equipment? New production? Then you don’t need to build a new case. You simply adapt the interior of the cart.
Maximum Truck Utilization – Every Inch Counts.
A mix of flight cases, custom builds and improvised transport solutions cause unnecessary chaos in many productions. Cases don’t fit together neatly, gaps appear and valuable space travles unused. Cargo Cart solves precisely this problem.
Instead of patchwork of transport containers, Cargo Carts form one coordinated logistics system.
Thanks to standardized dimensions, Cargo Carts can be perfectly stacked, efficiently loaded, and systematically organized in the truck. This not only creates more space for equipment but also reduces time loss during loading and unloading.
Up to 66 Cargo Carts fit in one truck. More equipment per trip. Less empty space. Less stress.
Developed for Fast Loading Processes.
Cargo Cart was built for real production conditions. Safety casters ensure that the systems can be moved quickly, with control and without unnecessary effort – whether for touring, event technology or trade show construction.
Additionally, integrated caster recesses on the top ensure that multiple Cargo Carts remain securely and stably stackable.
This means: a more orderly truck, faster loading and less chaos on the ramp and in production.
No sliding around. No unstable stacking. Simply functional logistics.
Designed around the Truck
Cargo Cart was not just developed as a transport solution – the entire system is based on efficient truck logistics.
The different Cargo Cart sizes are based on standardized external dimensions and are precisely designed to maximize the use of the loading area of a standard truck, measuring 13.6 x 2.4 meters.
Cargo Cart models range from compact solutions for smaller setups to large-volume systems for extensive touring and production logistics. Despite different sizes, the principle of our Carts always remains the same: clean stackability, predictable truck loading, and maximum utilization of the loading area.
Sustainability at
Less Disposable Logistics. More System.
Cargo Cart was developed to function long-term. Instead of constantly building new custom flight cases or replacing inflexible special solutions, Cargo Cart relies on reusable, modular systems with durable materials and standardized components.
Robust construction, high-quality materials, and flexible expandability ensure that Cargo Cart operates significantly more sustainably than many classic transport solutions.
Less material waste. Fewer unnecessary purchases. Fewer transports through better truck utilization. Less resource consumption.
Cargo Cart not only reduces chaos in the truck but also unnecessary new purchases. Instead of building a new custom flight case for every new setup, you use a modular system that can be adapted again and again.
Reusable modular system instead of disposable custom builds
Fewer new flight cases with changing equipment
Durable materials for tough touring and production days
Better truck utilization through standardized external dimensions
Less warehouse chaos due to uniform system dimensions
Every logistics is different.

Individual Transport Solution Inside - Maximum Truck Utilization Outside.
Cargo Cart combines individual interior design with standardized professional logistics. Inside, each Cargo Cart is precisely adapted to your equipment. With modular accessories, flexible inserts, partitioning systems, and custom-fit mounts, individual carts are created for event technology, touring, exhibition construction, or industry, tailored to your workflow instead of just any standard.
Outside, however, all Cargo Carts remain identical. Height, width, and depth are precisely matched to the loading area of a standard truck (13.6 x 2.4 m). This allows the individual transport trolleys to be perfectly stacked, neatly loaded, and transported with maximum efficiency.
Safety casters ensure fast handling in daily operations. Integrated caster recesses make Cargo Carts stable and securely stackable, even under tough touring and production conditions.
